I needed to move a sofa. I called a happy customer service agent and got guidance on how to book on their website. The day after the sofa came to my door, and it was well packed for the trip. They were fast and professional . 3xWilhelmsen was also the cheapest I could find and so the service could not be much better So a top rating from me
I needed a sofa shipped from Zealand to Skanderborg. The phone was picked up immediately. The staff was extremely service minded and I got my sofa on Monday, despite calling late Friday evening. It is highly recommended !!! I will never use other shipping companies than this 🙂
I have now used 3xwilhelmsen 2 times, both times without problems and with top-class service.
The first time was a lamp that I was prevented from receiving on the day. The driver both called (in vain) and then sent an SMS message that I could answer. Then the package was delivered to a new address with a smile.
